Here are the steps to invite runners to join your team:
1. The Captain will log in via runragnar.com
2. Access Team Center (top right corner)
3. Under the Active Events header find the event you would like to invite a volunteer to and click on the volunteers tab
4. Click blue invite volunteer button
- Option 1: enter as many email addresses as you'd like (separated by a comma) and click send. These volunteers will show in the invited section of the volunteers tab until they accept their invitation.
- Option 2: copy the link provided and share with friends
- Option 3: click volunteer yourself button and choose your volunteer shift
NOTE! Volunteer registration usually opens up a month and a half before the day of the race. That information can be found under the “Important Dates” tab on the race page of our website. If you try to invite or pay for a volunteer before that date, you will only find inactive grayed-out buttons, but congrats on being so prepared!
