Most people have at least one friend or acquaintance who is a runner. If not, you should, because runner buddies are the best! We suggest you recruit a co-captain to help you put together a team. If your co-captain can find one runner and you can find one runner, you will be nearly half way there.
From there, encourage your new teammates to recruit friends, family and co-workers. Keep in mind that anyone can run Ragnar… with a little bit of training. You’d be surprised how many people you know who are actually runners or are looking to get into running and just waiting for the right event.
After all that, if you are still short a runner or two, post on the Ragnar Relay UK Facebook Page. Runners are always looking for teams on Facebook.
