Yes. Ragnar is a team relay, which means regardless of whether you run on a team with advanced runners, beginners, or a mix, you will run your own three legs at your pace. If you want more of a challenge you can run a harder set of legs that add up to 15 – 20+ miles, or if you want to take it easy you can run an easier set of legs that add up to 11 – 15 miles.
If you fancy more miles, you can also run Ragnar as an ‘Ultra’ team. Ultra teams run twice the legs (6 legs instead of 3) and twice the mileage (22 – 35+ miles)
