If you have any desired changes to make to your account/profile information (address, phone number, DOB, shirt size, pace, etc.), this can be done under the Profile section of your Ragnar account. Once you go to the profile section, select the "Edit" button to make and save those changes.
Runners are unable to change the email address connected to their profile. If you have any questions on changing your email or updating your profile, reach out to our team at customerservice@runragnar.com.
