What do I do if I lost something at an event?

We are so sorry that you lost something at the event and want to do all we can to get it back to you! After every Ragnar event, we take any lost and found back to our warehouse so we can either send it or wait until the owner reaches out. Please reach out to our team at customerservice@runragnar.com with a description of the item and the event you attended. Our team will let you know if we have your lost item and if we do, we are happy to send it your way! Items are kept until the end of the calendar year so please reach out before the end of the year to see if we have your item. If items go unclaimed by the end of the year, they are donated.
